Six Sigma Green Belt Training (MYLEWO_SHADOW)

  • One key to a sustainable increase in Economic Value Added lies in the rigorous mastering of processes and in the establishment of a continuous improvement process along the entire value added chain. This is because the lower the Non-Conformity Costs (NCC) are, the better the results will be. Six Sigma offers exactly this set of instruments needed to improve the processes in a continuous and sustainable manner, to lower the Non-Conformity Costs (NCC) demonstrably and to increase customer benefits clearly. As a Green Belt (project Leader) you have mastered the systematic methodology and selected instruments of Six Sigma. With this know-how you are able to lead improvement projects in your field of activities to measurable success. In the three training units you will learn to implement Six Sigma successfully in your current project! Six Sigma is part of the 6-step approach of the top+ Quality initiative.

Prerequisites

  • Please consider that you will have to define your own Six Sigma project in advance, which you will work on between the training units (total of approx. 4 - 6 months). It is essential that you plan sufficient resources for this period (min. 50% of your working time). We recommend project-specific coaching by Learning Campus to support you during the project.
  • During the training units MINITAB Statistical Software will be used. It is thus obligatory for you to purchase a MINITAB license in order to participate in the training. Participants in the training will receive, together with their invitation to the training, information on purchasing a MINITAB license.

Note

  • The training duration is 10 days subdivided into 3 modules (3, 3 and 4 days) . There are 4 to 6 weeks between the training modules.
  • If necessary the training can be held in English and carried out for specific groups.
  • Please note: The participants fees do not include the price for the MINITAB Statistical Software, hotel accommodation and meals.
  •  
  • Please make sure that you can attend all training sessions as the qualification certificate cannot be issued if you are absent for more than 1 day. Attending a session at a later date is only possible due to other serious reasons - (with written confirmation of your line manager).
